Need financial advice How to sell 2 houses?

My boyfriend and I bought a house 2 years ago (3 years in October) and we both lost our jobs and we can't afford to live there anymore. We are currently renting it out. Also we have it on the market with a realtor till May. This realtor really hasn't done ANYTHING to sell our house I hardly see adds in the newspaper. It's a 2/1 with a big backyard new fence all wood floors almost 800 sq ft. We're trying to sell it for $52,500. We still have the 30 year mortgage. My boyfriend's father passed away recently so he inherited his house. It's on 1 acre in a ';village'; it has atleast 3 bedrooms 1 bath. Not sure on the sq ft. It's not in that good of shape probably worth $25,000 all together. Luckily this is paid off. He owns the house and land. We are trying to buy some land in Colorado. Which we're in Texas... We REALLY REALLY REALLY need to sell both of these houses. We're very desperate but we still need to make enough money on the first house to cover our mortgage. I'm afraid there isn't anything TO do but I';m DESPERATE PLEASE any suggestions would help for a way to get these houses OUT OF OUR HANDS AND SOLD.Need financial advice How to sell 2 houses?
Offer the 1st house to your renters. See if they are interested in assuming the loan.





For the 2nd place, look into a land auction. You may take a loss with this route, but it all depends


on how well you can market it to a buyers appeal.
