Ok so im buying my first home, need to asap as my landlord has sold our home. There are 3 people, 1 with credit score of 718, 1 with credit score of 626, and 1 with credit score of 509. What are the government programs for buying your first home with no money down or other companys that can help us???? I'm very confused and my head is spinning....we are looking at properties now and we need to get prequalified for it, so we are a ready able and willing buyer.....help!!!HELP!
