This could be impossible right now. banks have raised the requirements pretty high because all the trouble they got into with subprimes. Your best bet is to improve you score within the next year and wait until then to buy a house. and save, save, save. the more downpayment you have the better. another option to consider is joining a credit union, they tend to be more laxxed when lending to members. Low Credit score. Make it high or contact any lender. I think you can even fix your credit score through some company online. after your credit score gets good then you can apply for Loan.
